I am a God! (or at least like one)

According to the Baby Names web site (http://www.babynames.com/)

MICHAEL means “Who is like God?”. I think it is of Hebrew origin, but the web site didn’t say so.

Variants include: MAKAILA, MAKALE, MCKALE, MCKAYLA (Celtic/Gaelic), MICAH, MICHAELA (Celtic/Gaelic), MICHEL (French), MICHELE (French), MICHELINE, MICHELLE, MICHON, MICK, MICKEY, MIHALY (Hungarian), MIKAILI (African), MIKE, MIKHAIL (Slavic), MIKKEL, MIKKO (Nordic), MISHA, MITCH, MITCHEL, and MITCHELL.

On the other hand, MIKA means “Wise Little Raccoon” according to Native American origins.
