One possible date is Feb. 11th, and the other is Mar. 12th. So I said to myself, &#8221;Hey, aren&#8217;t February and March supposed to line up? And then I realized that 2008 is a LEAP YEAR!<\/p>\n<p>A Leap Year? This calls for a LEAP YEAR EVE PARTY!!<\/p>\n<p>The problem is that Feb. 28th (also my Dad&#8217;s 79th birthday) is a weeknight, and not many people are likely to attend. On the otherhand, we could have the party on Saturday, March 1st.
