I wonder if they are going to mention my <b>Purple Hair<\/b> this time? I have to fill out a form on myself, too. I tend to be too harsh on myself, but I guess that&#8217;s a little better than being blind to one&#8217;s faults?<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not expecting much of a raise this year.
