Before she left, she gave me my menu for the week.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wednesday lunch: Chicken &#038; rice, with cauliflower\/red pepper salad.<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday dinner: grapes, yoghurt, Raisin Bran cereal bar, and an orange<\/li>\n<li>Thursday lunch: broccoli, carrots, celery, and cucumber (you will have to make these) with red pepper hummus and asiago &#038; artichoke dip. Fruit for dessert.<\/li>\n<li>Thursday dinner: cauliflower\/red pepper salad, tuna salad wrap (make tuna salad) and fruit.<\/li>\n<li>Friday lunch: yoghurt, English muffin with peanut butter &#038; jam, and a banana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> She is coming home this afternoon, quite exhausted from the sounds of things. She said she barely got five hours of sleep either night.<\/p>\n<p>My challenge has been trying to get some work done, either at the office or at home, and still perform the needed doggy duties that are normally shared. She usually nips home at lunch, or if I&#8217;m working the Late Shift, I&#8217;ll handle lunch and she&#8217;ll be home for dinner. This week, I&#8217;ve had to work the late shift AND come home to let the puppy out and feed her at dinner time. On Wednesday night, she left me a DELIGHTFUL present on the kitchen floor!!<\/p>\n<p>Next week is March Break, and B-R-C is going out of town again. She&#8217;s going with a friend to Montreal some time on Sunday. After a few days, they are heading to Ottawa to catch the Norvel Morrisseau exhibit at the National Gallery before heading home on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Fun?
