It’s finally happened! The roof at Xoozland is finally being re-shingled. They started yesterday and it should be finished today.<\/p>\n
It has been in serious need of repair ever since I moved in over eight years ago. Every time there was a strong wind, I would find more and more shingles on the ground. I held off doing anything about it because I was thought I might rip off the roof entirely and do some serious renovation to expand the upstairs living space.<\/p>\n
But when Chocoholic<\/b><\/font> moved in, all my plans changed. The house is too small for us, and she doesn’t like the neighbourhood enough to make a large renovation worth while. So instead of renovating, we’re fixing up the place to get it ready for market, and then we’re going to go find another place to live.<\/p>\n Nonetheless, I am a Happy Camper today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It’s finally happened!
