(For all of you who still use Foreignheat, that&#8217;s about 35&deg;F below zero!)<\/p>\n<p><!--more Environment Canada's Official Weather Warnings--><i><b>Environment Canada&#8217;s Official Weather Warnings<\/b><\/p>\n<p>city of Toronto issued 4:13 AM EST Friday 21 January 2005<\/p>\n<p><font COLOR=\"RED\"><b>Wind chill warning for city of Toronto continued<\/b><\/font><\/p>\n<p>Wind chills of minus 35 to minus 30 tonight into Friday morning.<\/p>\n<p>This is a warning that extreme wind chill conditions are imminent or Occurring in these regions. Monitor weather conditions&#8230; Listen for updated statements.<\/p>\n<p>Bitterly cold Arctic air is flooding into the district from the north.<br \/>\nTonight temperatures will drop to well below minus 20 and in combination with northerly winds of about 15 km\/h will cause wind chills to reach minus 35 to minus 30 which will last through Friday morning. Extreme caution is advised if outdoors as <b>frostbite on exposed skin is possible in as little as 10 minutes.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Wind chills will improve Friday morning as the temperature rises slowly.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>It was so cold out that I decided to drive <font COLOR=\"#663300\"><b>Chocoholic<\/b><\/font> all the way to her school and dropped her at the front door instead of going to the subway and making her take the bus from there.
