Wind chills will improve Friday morning as the temperature rises slowly.<\/i><\/p>\n It was so cold out that I decided to drive Chocoholic<\/b><\/font> all the way to her school and dropped her at the front door instead of going to the subway and making her take the bus from there. \nTonight temperatures will drop to well below minus 20 and in combination with northerly winds of about 15 km\/h will cause wind chills to reach minus 35 to minus 30 which will last through Friday morning. Extreme caution is advised if outdoors as frostbite on exposed skin is possible in as little as 10 minutes.<\/b><\/p>\n
