This year, I had two women come back into my life briefly because of &#8220;unfinished business&#8221; from those relationships.<\/p>\n<p>In January, two years after I&#8217;d last spoken to her, I had the rare opportunity and pleasure of having Mel&#8217;s phone service disconnected.<\/p>\n<p><!--more ...continued--><br \/>\nMy mom discovered it when she saw a listing for an <i>[my name]<\/i> in Burlington on a CD-ROM telephone directory. I called Bell Canada directory assistance, and found a new number still in my name. When Mel changed her number two years ago, she had the nerve to leave it in my name!<\/p>\n<p>Since it was in my name, and I was legally responsible for it, I arranged to have it disconnected.
