What to do?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here is my list of <b>Things to Do<\/b> today**:<br \/>\nAs of 2003-03-22 12:28 EST. <font COLOR=\"FF0000\"><i>(Updates in red.)<\/i><\/font><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li TYPE=\"SQUARE\">Clean the living room. <font COLOR=\"FF0000\"><i>(Initial tidying happened when my brother and his son came over. Vaccuummiinngg done once over, but will need to be done again.)<\/i><\/font><\/li>\n<li>Clean the bathroom. <font COLOR=\"FF0000\"><i>(Done, and done again after the light installation was complete.)<\/i><\/font><\/li>\n<li>Clean the kitchen.<\/li>\n<li>Clean the bird cages.<\/li>\n<li>Do laundry.<\/li>\n<li>Install the new light fixture in the bathroom (brother to help). <font COLOR=\"FF0000\"><i>(Done, and boy does it look good!)<\/i><\/font><\/li>\n<li>Go shopping for more shelf brackets. <font COLOR=\"FF0000\"><i>(Done.)<\/i><\/font><\/li>\n<li>Install the other shelf uprights in the stairs. <font COLOR=\"FF0000\"><i>(Partial uprights have been cut to size and I&#8217;ll install them after dinner.)<\/i><\/font><\/li>\n<li>Cut more shelf boards and paint the edges.<\/li>\n<li>Install the new shelves.<\/li>\n<li>When the shelves are ready (paint dry), begin to organize the vast video collection.<\/li>\n<li>Do some grocery shopping.<\/li>\n<li>Call <i>a certain someone<\/i> to see if there&#8217;s an off-chance that she might actually want to get together and do the &#8220;Dinner and a Movie&#8221; Thing. (We have an outstanding date to go see <i>Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers<\/i>&#8230;) <font COLOR=\"FF0000\"><i>(Called her. Left message. Will be surprised if I get any response. Should seriously consider ignoring her for a while.)<\/i><\/font><\/li>\n<li>Go out drinking (probably to the cangoth list meet) since <i>a certain someone<\/i> once again either does not feel like doing anything, or does not return my phone messages! <font COLOR=\"FF0000\"><i>(No surprise here, but I&#8217;m beginning to waffle on this idea. On one hand, I still need to get out. On the other hand, I&#8217;m feeling kind of tired after a long day of chores. And with nobody to &#8220;go drinking with&#8221; the incentive is less&#8230; I&#8217;ve <b>never<\/b> been one of those people who feels comfortable just going out on my own &#8220;to see who&#8217;s out there&#8221; or &#8220;to meet people&#8221;.)<\/i><\/font><\/li>\n<li>Go on an outing to the Sugar Bush (Sunday actually).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>** or this weekend if some of them don&#8217;t actually get done today&#8230;<\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here is my list of Things to Do today**: As of 2003-03-22 12:28 EST.
