It&#8217;s down into the good, normal range: <b>134\/80<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>After my appointment, I stopped in at the grocery store where I had parked, and got some goodies&#151; snacks and lunch fixings for the office, and a few things I need at home but can&#8217;t find in the stores in my neighbourhood. And I got somthing for lunch:<\/p>\n<p><b>SUSHI!<\/b> Yum!<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s just <i>Grocery Store Sushi<\/i>, but it&#8217;s still yummy!<\/p>\n<ul><b>The Samurai Combo<\/b><\/p>\n<li><b>yellow radish roll<\/b> (2 pieces)<\/li>\n<li><b>cucumber roll<\/b> (2 pieces)<\/li>\n<li><b>kampyo(?) roll<\/b> (2 pieces)<\/li>\n<li><b>shrimp<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>tuna<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>salmon<\/b><\/li>\n<li>(imitation) <b>crab<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And the wasabi is <b>extra hot!<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I had a Doctor&#8217;s Appointment this morning, my three-month check-up for my blood pressure.
