I’ve been a Bad Boy<\/b>, and need to be disciplined!<\/font><\/p>\n

I definitely<\/b> need to get back into the discipline of my diet plan. I thought I was doing so well, having gained a mere two pounds over the December Festive Season. But then I got on the scale again this morning, and was justifiably appalled by what I saw! I won’t tell you what the numbers were, but let’s just say I’ve gone back to being Old, Fat, and Ugly<\/b> again, and leave it at that.<\/p>\n

I know exactly what has been happening… the dreaded Snacking Habit<\/b> has returned, and with a vengeance it seems. It has to be that, because generally speaking my actual meals have been relatively healthy. I will probably keep a closer eye on the portion size of those, as well as changing my snacking habits. This morning, instead of snacking on crackers, cookies, or mixed treats, I’ve got a nice LITTLE bowl of black cherries<\/b> and baby carrots<\/b>. Yes, I know they have sugars in them, which translates to carbohydrates, but they are a little bit healthier than the other crap<\/b> I have been snacking on of late.<\/p>\n

So wish me luck!<\/b><\/p>\n
