It’s a gorgeous Spring Day out so to get some fresh air I went for a nice walk at lunchtime about a half hour up Bloor Street and back following by a nice, healthy meal falafel wrap loaded with veggies.
I’m feeling MUCH BETTER now than I was earlier today!
It’s amazing what a little sunshine, fresh air, exercise, and good food (not to mention a few kind words from friends) will do to raise your spirits.
