Last night, I was composing a nice, long post about what I had been up to this week, and when I clicked the “Update Journal” button, LiveJournal ate it! SLURP!! And to make things worse, when I clicked the “Back” button on my browser, LiveJournal ate that, too! SLURP!! So I couldn’t even do a cut-and-paste salvage job to save it for posting later. At that point, I decided I had had enough packing of clothing and other items to take on the skiing trip, and I had had enough cleaning of clothing that wasn’t being taken, and I had had enough watching of crap on television, and I decided it was time to go to bed. It was, after all, beyond one o’clock in the morning by then.
So you don’t get to read about what I’ve been up to, and since I have to hit the road soon, you won’t get to read about what I’m getting up to this weekend. I hope you will have patience, and I will fill you in when I get back to civilization.
