Lunch!

I had a Doctor’s Appointment this morning, my three-month check-up for my blood pressure. It’s down into the good, normal range: 134/80.

After my appointment, I stopped in at the grocery store where I had parked, and got some goodies— snacks and lunch fixings for the office, and a few things I need at home but can’t find in the stores in my neighbourhood. And I got somthing for lunch:

SUSHI! Yum!

It’s just Grocery Store Sushi, but it’s still yummy!

  • yellow radish roll (2 pieces)
  • cucumber roll (2 pieces)
  • kampyo(?) roll (2 pieces)
  • shrimp
  • tuna
  • salmon
  • (imitation) crab

And the wasabi is extra hot!
