So I’m sitting here at the office, thinking about things in general but not really thinking about anything work oriented— I finished the major task for the day and there isn’t enough time left to get involved in any other major tasks— and I decided I needed to pour myself a pop. Well, wouldn’t you know it but it starts fizzing up as I pour it into my tea mug (it’s the only drinking vessel I have at my disposal). And it fizzes up, and it fizzes up, and it fizzes up, and just before it cascades over the top of the mug and down onto either my desk or my pants leg or the floor, the fizzing stops, and the drink settles down. And it settles, and it settles, and it settles, and finally when it finishes settling, there’s only a third of my mug filled with cola.
So I wonder: Where do the bubbles go?
