Labour Day Weekend Labours

Here’s how I spent my long weekend…

TASKS [in order as I wrote them on my list]
— unwrap extension ladder
*- clean eavestroughs. (completed two of five sections of eaves)
— [I] attach pot lid holder in lazy susan corner
— [I] also hang one or two Ikea things
— [I] upload changes to birddog
— drain hot tub
** sand patches on hot tub
— use hot tub tarp for shed contents
** cut shelves for shed
— install cross braces in shed roof
** install vertical brace in shed shelves
— [I] remote support for parents (while B-R-C @ yoga)
** [I] start work on tax papers
** get more black bark for garden
— put down soil, fertilizer, and seed under maple tree
— install fence around area to keep Karma out of it!
— go to Terra nursery and Royal Botanical Gardens? Sunday?
— [I] pay bills
** [I] paint second coat on Unit doors in basement
— [I] start filling entertainment unit DVD drawers?
— go out for DINNER? Saturday?
** [I] fix drywall in kitchen (behind fridge)

— watered the dog (while watering seed)
— dug up dead Rhodadendron
— scooped the poop
— changed the furnace filter
— bought corn on the cob
— made peach crisp
— repaired edge of driveway (started at least)
