BTW, I forgot to mention that we managed to find someone to take the sofa bed. At 1:00 p.m. on the last afternoon I had possession of Xoozland, the family that used to rent the house next door came and took the sofabed. They were putting it in the basement of their current house so their teenage son would have someplace to hang out and play video games. Life is good again; or at least that’s one less thing for me to be bothered about.
