My sister, Tigger Jourard of London, ON, was a contestant on Jeopardy! last night.
It was quite an exciting game. Tigger was quick out of the starting gate, taking an early lead and keeping it through to the first break. Keep in mind that she and the other contestant were playing against a 5-day winner of over $120K! You should have seen the dirty glare that Mr 5-day kept giving Tigger during the game!
In the end, it came down to the Final Jeopardy round. Scores were high and extremely close: Mr 5-day had about $16K, Tigger had $14K, and the third had $12K. Unfortunately, Tigger did not know the correct answer (question?). Mr 5-day-champ also blew it, thereby being ousted, and the other contestant became champ!
