I’m beginning to wonder just what’s happening to the good old internet. I did a search using Copernic Agent to find the article about the Missing Florida Woman Found Dead Behind Her Bookcase. My search string was “florida woman wedged bookcase” and the top four results found by Copernic were:

This morning I saw something I never really expected to see: someone using a laptop computer the way it was intended… resting on her lap while she was riding the bus! Who’da thunk? (Most of the time I see them in use by latte-sucking yuppie scum at Starfucks!)

Why didn’t someone tell me having a wife would be so expensive?! So far, I have six of B-R-C’s Hanukkah presents. Three of them are bigger ticket items, the others are nearly trinket-like. I won’t tell you what they are, just in case B-R-C figures out how to get to my journal! One of the big items she knows about since I bought it for her at the one-of-a-kind show on Saturday. The second she knows a little about, but not exactly what it is. The third big one will be a complete surprise since I bought it the day after she admired it. The only problem will be figuring out where in the house I hid them all from her!! She might end up getting them next May.
