I saw this little article in today’s Metro News. Since B-R-C are getting Xoozland ready to sell so we can move to a bigger house, I just had to comment even if this place is just a little out of our price range!

The real estate agent will be able to retire after selling only one house! Typical commission is 6%, usually split between the selling and buying agents, is expected to be $7,500,000. I’m SURE they’ll take a smaller cut!
