So I’m walking around town with this strange item in my pocket. You may or may not recognize it from the description: two metal spools with some coloured cloth ribbon strung between them. And the reason I’m walking around town with this thing is that it is old and worn and I’m trying to find a new one. But I don’t think I’m going to be very successful in my search.
Any ideas what this thing is?
