LETTER SWITCH
Each of the nonsensical sentences below can be changed into a little truism by placing one letter in each word. Every word in each sentence must have one letter changed, but do not change the order of either the letters in the words or the words in the sentence.

5. So what if the grass is greener in the yard next door — that guy has to cut it!
