Orson‘s cage was moved to the office when the vinyl floors were being done, and he’s been there ever since because the living room is in such disarray from Chocoholic moving in. Upstairs isn’t any better! You haven’t seen it, but at the moment I have to almost shoe-horn myself into the area in front of the keyboard, and sit on boxes stacked there to work on the computer.
Orson likes it because I’m right next to his cage and he can chat with me while I work.
Last night, I was working on the computer upstairs. I had a glass of water and when I took a drink, Orson went over to his water dish and had a drink himself! It wasn’t a co-incidence, either, because when I took another drink, so did he. It was so cute!
Sometimes I forget he’s an Ancient Budgie of the ripe old age of 9.5 years!
The shed arrived this morning. Yom Kippur starts tonight and goes until sundown tomorrow. Sunday will be a day of working around the house, and maybe even assmebling the floor for the shed. The shed itself will be built on Oct. 3rd. Are you coming to the Shed Raising Party?
