Dear Friends,
(and you know who you are)
I just looked at the calendar, and see that Convergence in Chicago is just six weeks away! As much as I would love for Chocoholic and I to attend this year, the Realist in me is being forced to admit that it isn’t going to happen. We haven’t ordered tickets or booked accomodation or made travel arrangements or anything. There’s just too much other stuff going on in our lives at the moment, the least of which is the fact that it’s virtually impossible for her to get time off from her teaching job(s).
I know you are all dying to meet the Love of My Life, and I’m dying to see you all again. It will have to wait for another time.
Don’t you just hate it when Life gets in the way of all the Things you Want to do??
