Now I have to figure out what to do to get the flat fixed, where to take
it, and whether it is covered by the extended warranty.

So last night I started doing some investigation.

First I wrote down the information from the side of the existing tire: Michelin MX4 size 155R13 (It might actually be the “Rainforce” model, since that’s the only one that mentions this size.)

Then I checked the Michelin Canada site for a dealer.

Active Green + Ross and Kipling Tire are nearby, though I haven’t dealt with either of them. (Lew says to avoid Crappy Tire. Earlier today Shelley sent me a horror story about her dealings with Active Green + Ross, so I guess they’re off my list.)

If the tire needs to be replaced, I may just go ahead and do that… and get a better model of tire!

Isn’t it Michelin’s adds which say “you’ve got a lot riding on your tires”?
