Oooooh, I hate this, but it’s Annual Review Time at work again.
I got the evaluation package from my boss yesterday, and I have to give him and two client representatives copies of the evaluation form for them to fill out about me! I wonder if they are going to mention my Purple Hair this time? I have to fill out a form on myself, too. I tend to be too harsh on myself, but I guess that’s a little better than being blind to one’s faults?
I’m not expecting much of a raise this year. I got a whopping big one last year, and I don’t think I’ve accomplished anything on the same magnitude this year…
